Youth football is a great way for kids to learn the fundamentals of football while building teamwork, discipline, and confidence. Cheerleading is a fun and energetic activity that helps young athletes build confidence, teamwork, and school spirit. Through learning chants, routines, and stunts, participants develop coordination, strength, and communication skills. It also teaches dedication and responsibility, as athletes practice regularly and support their teams at games and events. Overall, youth cheerleading creates a positive environment where kids can stay active, make friends, and express themselves. 

In the football portion of the program, participants will practice simple drills to build their foundational skills. Players will also be introduced to different positions on the field. In addition, they will be taught proper stances to help them line up and move correctly during plays.

In the cheerleading portion, participants will learn a variety of cheers while developing their jumps and basic motions. Cheerleaders will also learn a “hello cheer,” helping them build confidence and get comfortable performing in front of others.
